Tips for a faster review
- Your bib number, if you have it
- Your approximate finish time
- Where you wore your bib
- The name or bib number of someone who finished near you
Chip time or gun time?
Your chip (net) time starts when you cross the start line. Gun time starts with the start signal, so a small difference between the two is normal, and so is a small difference from your watch. Each race decides which one counts for places and awards.

How corrections work
From your request to a reviewed result
01
You tell us what happened
Include the race, your bib number if you have it, and your approximate finish time. The more you remember, the faster we can find you.
02
We check the timing data
We compare the timing reads, the start list, and any backup records from race day to see what happened.
03
We follow up by email
We’ll let you know what we found. If something needs to change, we’ll correct the result and tell you when it’s updated.
