  5. Results and follow-up

Results are reviewed against your start list, with a clear path for participant questions.

Events we can time

Built for your kind of race

Every race format has its own timing challenges. We plan the timing points, scoring, and finish line around the event you’re putting on.

  • Road races

5K to marathon, with start and finish timing lines for accurate chip times and splits where they’re useful.

  • Multi-distance events

Several distances and wave starts scored in one event, sharing one finish line.

  • Walks and fun runs

We time the competitive field, and walkers share the same finish line, timed or untimed.

  • Kids’ races

Kids’ dashes and family events alongside your main race, timed or untimed.

As soon as you have a date. Spring and fall weekends are the busiest part of the race calendar, and custom or personalized bibs need extra time to print and ship before packet pickup.

If your race is coming up soon, reach out anyway. We’ll tell you what’s possible.

It depends on your event: field size, the number of distances and split points, bib type, the equipment you need, and travel. Request a quote and we’ll send a proposal that lists exactly what’s included.

Gun time runs from the start signal to the moment you cross the finish line. Chip time, also called net time, starts when you cross the start line, so it doesn’t include the time it took to reach the line in a crowded start.

Each race decides which one is used for awards, so check the event’s race information.

Send us a results correction request with the race name, your bib number, and your approximate finish time. We’ll review the timing data and follow up by email. The sooner you contact us, the easier it is to fix.
