How it works

From first message to final results

No mystery, no last-minute scramble. Here’s what working with us looks like, what we’ll need from you, and how race day unfolds.

The process

Five steps, no surprises

You’ll always know what happens next, who’s doing it, and what we need from you.

  1. You

    Tell us about your race

Share your date, location, distances, and expected field size through our quote request. Estimates are fine. We know details change.

  2. Us, then you

    Review your proposal

We’ll send a proposal that spells out services, equipment, staffing, and pricing. When you’re ready, we’ll confirm the details in writing and reserve your date.

  3. Together

    Plan the details together

In the weeks before race day, we’ll work through your schedule, course, award categories, and bib order, and connect to your registration data so the start list stays current.

  4. Us

    Race day

We arrive ahead of the first start to build the finish line, test every timing point, and review the plan with you. If you’ve booked live results, they post as participants finish.

  5. Us

    Results and follow-up

We review results against the start list, deliver awards reports on site, and publish final results after that review. Participants with a question about a result can send us a results correction request.

Your checklist

What we’ll need from you

Estimates are fine to start. We’ll send a simple planning checklist so nothing gets missed.
