Finish-Line Setup

A clearly marked finish area with a race clock, an organized chute, and a timing tent, so finishers move through safely and cross the timing line in order.

Where every result is decided

The finish line is where timing happens and where participants remember your race. We set up the timing lines, a race clock that finishers and spectators can see, and a timing tent, and we help you lay out a chute that keeps finishers in order and moving.

A chute that works

A good chute funnels every finisher across the timing lines, then keeps them moving so the line doesn’t back up during busy stretches. We’ll suggest a layout for your venue and how many volunteers you’ll want at the finish.

We bring finish tape for your overall winners. After awards, we tear down and leave the area the way we found it.

What we need from you

  • The finish location, with a site map if you have one
  • When we can start setting up on race morning
  • Volunteers to keep the chute moving
  • Where we can park and unload
